Global Sports recruitment have been great from start to end of my college situation. Right from the start both simone and dave made me feel welcome. Not only did they help me find a great school they also were great with helping me find a transfer school when I decided I needed a new start. They helped me find the perfect fit place for me. They were always attentive and let me know if there was some new guys from their clientele coming to the same school so they could either help me settle in or I could do the same for them. I have now graduated from my four year degree and wasnt sure what was my next step. Simone then reached out to me and told me he might know of a graduate assistant position that would suit me. Just wanted to thank Simone and GSR for helping my son Morgan get to the USA. Everything done and dusted during Covid lockdown in 3 months, what an adventure!!Morgan had basically given up on his football after injury and let downs. Simone and GSR helped Morgan get into a great Uni, St Mary’s Texas with coach Johnny Clifford. Coach Johnny has been very supportive and helped Morgan get his hunger back.This summer Morgan is playing in a top franchise at Midland Odessa Sockers in front of over 1500 home fans. Coach Dave Jacobs like coach Clifford has been instrumental in helping Morgan develop as a person as a player.So to any young footballers out there who have fallen out of love of the game due to release, injury etc speak with Simone at GSR. My son Matthew has been in Oregon since December 2020, thanks to GSR. Simone kept us up to date about the offers that had been made and advised us throughout, from sorting out the student visa to choosing the right college. Since arriving in Oregon it has been tricky due to the Covid pandemic, which has prevented us visiting Matt. Living a dream. I've always dreamt of playing soccer and living in America and to get the opportunity to do both has been a dream come true. I found an ad on Facebook about soccer trials in Dublin, Ireland which was ran by GSR and initially I came thinking I had no chance of making it to America. With the dedication and the professionalism of the GSR programme, that doubt disappeared. From the outset I found GSR to be very professional in the way that they carried out their business.The whole process from initial trial match, interview, etc was made easy and in my case, Dave and Rachel made me feel at ease when they interviewed me and answered all my questions. They obviously have a depth of knowledge concerning the American scholarship programs which is passed onto every player they have. Their use of a video portfolio for prospective coaches is especially beneficial.They have a great setup and attending the various trial matches and the end of year client games is very straightforward.By building up your video portfolio and maintaining your personal profile up to date ensures that what the American coaches see is you performing and playing well on the pitch along with viewing your academic record. As a consequence of this I was approached by a number of American coaches and offered a variety of scholarships which is something I wouldn’t have been able to achieve on my own.During the Covid-19 pandemic they kept in regular contact with everyone, reassuring them that they were under no pressure to go out, kept you up to date re Government guidelines, Visa process, etc.I would certainly recommend GSR to anyone.

I loved working with GSR and they were extremely eager to help me get a football scholarship in the states, they were very supportive throughout the whole journey from trialing for the company all the way up to picking what universities are best. I got plenty of offers from all over the US, My final choice was Upper Iowa University, we're a NCAA division 2 team and the standard of football is very high. We started working with GSR in March 2019. We were really impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.From start to finish working with them has been a pleasure.Simone was always on hand to answer any questions no matter how silly I felt they were.Lucy was offered a number of scholarships but we decided to go with West Alabama.Fearing that her scholarship wouldn’t happen this year due to the Covid pandemic, Simone and team guided us throughout and after successfully obtaining her Visa in Belfast in early August she flew out to West Alabama only a week later.Lucy has settled in really well and although her football season won’t start until January she is enjoying settling into uni life and getting acclimatised with the heat!We would thoroughly recommend using GSR to anyone who is thinking of a sports scholarship in America.

We started working with GSR back in 2019 and have had a great experience from trials to signing with them. Cillian was offered multiple scholarships through GSR and Simone and John were on hand to answer any questions we had. Global sports recruitment has helped me and my family out a lot as I was stuck in football trying to find semi pro clubs and decent teams in London to play for as I wanted to play professionally, I have always thought of playing football in another country especially in America it’s always been a dream of mine since I was 16 so when I started to see there advertisement on Facebook and Instagram I read the information about being on a scholarship playing and learning at the same time which was exactly what I needed.
